One of the reasons why we love doing block parties is the variety of events and contests that take place for the kids. Our package includes interactive games that we play with the kids throughout the day.
Also…..just give us a copy of your itinerary when we arrive, and we will "MC" the whole event for you.

Music selections.......
Our experience has shown that catering to the younger crowd during the daylight hours of the block party works best. Then we switch it up a little bit to contemporary and classic dance hits at night. Either way, we have a huge collection of Dance, Disco, Hip Hop, Reggae, Rock, Classic Rock, Country, and other genres to make everyone happy
And yes........we will take song requests throughout the day. Our digital music is purchased through a special subscription service that is dedicated to radio stations and professional disc jockeys, and is always current.
$600 - Our Block Party package includes the following:
- Up to 4 hours of entertainment
- A two person team which includes a disc jockey spin'n the hits, plus an MC for games and party motivation
- Unlimited planning sessions over the phone and emails so we know exactly what you expect from us during the day of the block party
- Our custom Block Party Planning Form to ensure we know exactly what type of DJ entertainment you expect on the day of your party
- Fun games throughout the entire event. Our block party performances are VERY interactive
- All of the popular Line Dances
- A great selection of high-energy dance hits, Hip-Hop, R&B, and other music selections that are appropriate for all age groups that are in attendance
- All of our songs are the CLEAN RADIO PLAY VERSIONS
- Intelligent lighting that changes to the beat of the music
- Over 180 give-aways that our DJs use as prizes for the contests that we run for the kids. Give-aways include Glow sticks, Hawaiian Lei's, designer sunglasses, and other cool items
- This package also includes digital photos that are taken throughout the party by a non-professional photographer. Photos are posted and ready for download shortly after the event

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION BEFORE HIRING ANY BLOCK PARTY DJ
An experienced block party DJ will always arrive with a premium sound system that is more than capable of providing enough sound for outdoor use.
That being said, please understand that Block Party DJ’s are unable to provide music to “every” house along the entire length of the block. Doing so creates a deafening and unpleasant situation for the homes that are adjacent to the DJ’s setup area, and is simply too loud for anyone trying to participate in the entertainment the DJ is trying to provide.
Our goal as a block party DJ is to provide you with a variety of music and highly interactive entertainment for kids, teens, and adults at a “specific location” on the block.
The ideal setup location for a block party DJ is near the center of the block which is equally convenient for people on both ends to walk down and participate in the dancing and other entertainment. Speakers are typically pointed up and down the street. Never directly at a specific house.
